24 Rules for Our Restaurant

Please read and follow the rules below:

1. RESPECT AND COURTESY
All persons on the restaurant premises are required to treat fellow guests and restaurant staff with respect, courtesy, and good faith.

2. DRESS CODE
Guests are kindly requested to observe a minimum Smart Casual dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals whose attire is considered inappropriate, indecent, or inconsistent with the standards of the venue.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Any behavior that may affect the comfort, safety, or dignity of others is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of obscene, offensive, or discriminatory language, aggressive, violent, or threatening behavior, verbal or physical harassment, and any actions that disturb public order or peace.

4. RESTAURANT PROPERTY
Guests are required to use all furniture, tableware, decorations, equipment, and any other restaurant property with due care.

5. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
Any person who intentionally or negligently damages the restaurant's property shall be responsible for compensating for the resulting damage.

6. ACCESS ROUTES
Blocking entrances, emergency exits, or areas designated for staff circulation is strictly prohibited.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Each guest is responsible for the supervision and safekeeping of their personal belongings. The restaurant management accepts no responsibility for lost, forgotten, or unattended items.

8. MINORS
Children must be supervised at all times by their parents or accompanying adults. The restaurant management accepts no responsibility for incidents, accidents, or other unpleasant situations resulting from inadequate supervision.

9. DANGEROUS OBJECTS
Bringing dangerous objects, illegal substances, or any other items that may compromise safety onto the restaurant premises is strictly prohibited.

10. STAFF INSTRUCTIONS
Guests are required to comply with all instructions given by the restaurant staff regarding safety, organization, and the proper operation of the premises.

11. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Bringing or consuming food, alcoholic beverages, or non-alcoholic beverages from outside the restaurant is not permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the restaurant management.

12. USE OF THE PREMISES
All areas made available to guests must be used properly, responsibly, and in good faith.

13. SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited except in designated and clearly marked smoking areas.

14. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The entire restaurant premises, including outdoor areas and the parking lot, are monitored by video surveillance to ensure the safety of guests and property and to help prevent incidents. By entering the restaurant premises, guests acknowledge the presence of the video surveillance system.

15. USE OF VIDEO RECORDINGS
Recordings obtained through the video surveillance system are used exclusively for security purposes and may be provided to the competent authorities only in accordance with applicable law.

16. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
By entering the restaurant premises, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs and video recordings taken on-site, which may subsequently be published on the restaurant's official communication channels.

17. FREE PARKING
Parking is provided free of charge for guests during their visit, subject to availability. Vehicles parked on the premises remain at all times under the care and responsibility of their owners or lawful users.

18. PARKING RULES
Drivers are required to comply with all traffic regulations, road markings, and signage within the parking area and to exercise due care for the safety of pedestrians.

19. LIABILITY IN THE PARKING AREA
The restaurant management shall not be liable for the theft, damage, loss, or deterioration of vehicles or property left inside vehicles, nor for any other incidents occurring in the parking area, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

20. REVOCATION OF ACCESS
The restaurant reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any guest whose behavior disrupts the operation of the venue, disturbs the comfort of other guests, or violates these rules, standards of conduct and decency, or applicable laws.

21. CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS
All contractors, suppliers, service providers, and any other persons performing professional activities on the restaurant premises are required to comply with occupational health and safety regulations, fire prevention and protection regulations, and all applicable laws.

22. RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTRACTORS
Contractors are fully responsible for the safety of their activities, their personnel, and any damage caused to persons, restaurant property, or third parties through their actions or omissions.

23. REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES
The restaurant management reserves the right to require any contractor, supplier, or collaborator who violates these rules, safety regulations, staff instructions, or creates a risk to persons or property to immediately cease their activities and leave the premises.

24. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
By entering the restaurant premises, all persons acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Restaurant Rules.
